Abstract

This research aims to analyze and assess the financial performance of CV DA for the period 2020 to 2022, focusing on liquidity and solvency ratios. Assessing financial performance is important to understand the prospects for growth and financial development of the company relying on its available resources. This research was conducted on CV DA, with the research objects being the financial position statement and the income statement for the years 2020 to 2022. Secondary data was used, collected through documentation. The data analysis technique employed was quantitative descriptive analysis to evaluate CV DA's financial performance through financial ratios. The results of this research indicate that (1) based on the liquidity ratio measured by the current ratio, the financial condition is good, but when measured using the quick ratio, the company's financial condition is not good, and (2) based on solvency ratios: a. The debt to asset ratio indicates that the company is in an unfavorable condition, and b. The debt to equity ratio suggests that the company's financial performance is also unfavorable.
