For Student
Student can deposit their work by contacting the library for the username and password. The repository accepts full text and part text (Title - Chapter 1, Chapter 5, and References) from the final project (tugas akhir), and thesis (skripsi dan tesis) in pdf format. The editors will check and validate the file uploaded by the student. Error in uploading data will cause the file to be returned to the student. For Lecturer
Lecturer can deposit their work by contacting the library for the username and password. The repository can register scientific works published in journals, conferences, or seminars. Recording in this repository is only in the form of publications metadata without re-uploading articles. Other supporting files for articles can be uploaded, such as article similarity check files, article correspondence files, and article review assessment files. In addition to registering articles, the lecturer can also upload certificates of intellectual property rights and book sections for promotion purposes. The editors will check the file uploaded by the lecturer. Error in uploading data will cause the file to be returned to the lecturer. The manual for depositing data can be accessed here.
Turnitin check
To improve academic quality and maintain the authenticity of student final projects, all departments at the Bali State Polytechnic are instructed to utilize Turnitin as a tool for checking student final projects. The provisions for using Turnitin are in accordance with the Circular Letter of the Director of the Bali State Polytechnic in 2024, as follows here.
