Abstract

Pelaksanaan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) pada sebagian besar perusahaan di Indonesia. Serta budaya kerja perusahaan juga merupakan salah satu landasan utama untuk mencapai keberhasilan visi dan misi perusahaan merupakan awal perubahan budaya kerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan dan pengaruh prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BRI Kantor Wilayah Denpasar serta memberikan saran kebijakan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 116 responden dengan menggunakan metode proportional random sampling, metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) sudah berjalan dengan sangat baik. Namun belum maksimal. Penerapan budaya kerja dengan seluruh dimensi sudah diterapkan dengan sangat baik. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan budaya kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan budaya kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in most companies in Indonesia is the beginning of a change in company's work culture. This can be achieved if there is cooperation and good governance from all components of the company. And the company's work culture is also one of the main foundations for achieving the success of the company's vision and mission. This study aims to analyze the application and influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles and work culture on employee performance at BRI Denpasar Regional Office and provide policy advice on improving employee performance. The sample in this study was 116 respondents using the proportional random sampling method, the analytical method used was inferential statistical analysis. The results of this research showed that the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) had been well implemented. However, the implementation is still not optimal. The implementation of work culture with all dimensions has been implemented very well. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) had no significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, work culture had a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, GCG and work culture together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
