Abstract
From various significant factors that help and support to bring a building construction project succeeded into completion, method of work holds the most important role out there to succeed a construction project, as it directly determines the project’s progress. Therefore, it is mandatory to apply method of work which is effective and in-congruent according to regulations/national standards that applicable in present time (Indonesian National Standards and Project’s Own Technical Spesification) for the purpose to succeed project into completion. In spite of that fact, on field, it is more often than not to be found method of work that is out-of-congruent according to regulations/national standards that applicable in present time. The aim of this research is to explore and examine each aspect and component of existing method of work at Majelis Desa Adat (MDA) Kabupaten Klungkung building construction project, such as reinforced beam type C, reinforced column type K3, reinforced slab type P1, and their congruency in-accordance to regulations/national standards that applicable in present time. This research is executed through review method on each aspect and component of method of work of building structural elements (formworks, rebar reinforcement, concreting, etc) in-accordance with the regulation of Indonesian National Standards and Project’s Own Technical Spesification at Majelis Desa Adat (MDA) Kabupaten Klungkung with research delimitation bound only to reinforced beam type C, reinforced column type K3, reinforced slab type P1, which mean there are 66 observed aspect of component. This research of review analysis shows that there are 9 out-of-congruent aspect in said 66 observed aspect of component, 4 of which found upon rebar reinforcement component of reinforced beam type C, 3 of which found upon rebar reinforcement component of reinforced column type K3, rest 2 of which found upon rebar reinforcement component of reinforced slab type P1.
