Abstract

Pelayanan breakfast a'la minute oleh waiter/waitress di Boneka Restaurant The St. Regis Bali Resort memiliki beberapa tahapan atau prosedur dalam proses pelaksanaannya. Adapun thapan-tahapan yang dimaksud adalah: tahap persiapan, tahap pelayanan dan tahap akhir. Dalam tahap pelayanan a'la minute menu di Boneka Restaurant tidak terlepas dari kendala dan hambatan dalam proese pelaksanaannya.
