Abstract

his study aims to determine the implementation of waste management for supporting sustainable development at Hotel Infinity8 Bali by using a qualitative descriptive analysis of the Miles Huberman model. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The informants used in this study were 3 people, namely Maintenance Supervisor, Financial Controller, HRD & GR Manager. The results in this study are Hotel Infinity8 Bali is still not 100% maximal in implementing the concept of waste management. The form of implementation of waste management in this research is through the application of the 4R principle where reduce, reuse, recycle and replace which is applied by Hotel Infinity8 Bali is quite optimal in implementing waste management in supporting sustainable development.
