Abstract

TThis research is intended to analyze the implementation of green housekeeping for environmental sustainability at Novotel Bali Ngurah Rai Airport. The method of collecting data are observation, interview, and questionnaire. Interviews were conducted with key management staff of Novotel Bali Ngurah Rai Airport, while a questionnaire was distributed to 17 housekeeping staff of Novotel Bali Ngurah Rai Airport. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative. The research results indicate that green housekeeping has been implemented daily and supports environmental sustainability. The writer hopes the result of this research could benefit the development of green housekeeping in the hotel industry.
