Abstract
This study aims to determine the performance appraisal and community satisfaction to determine the quality of employees at the Madiun City Environmental Service. Given the current Covid-19 pandemic, many activities have been postponed due to limitations in carrying out activities. Therefore, it is necessary to do calculations using the concept of Value for Money as a reference in this study. It is hoped that the results of this study can improve the performance of employees at the Madiun City Environmental Agency. The method used is descriptive statistical analysis using the concept of Value for Money. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, literature study, and questionnaires. From the results of the research that has been carried out, the results of the community satisfaction survey in 2020 and 2021 scored 82,034 and 82.19 with the Good category in both years. In the performance assessment for the analysis of the level of economic value conducted in 2020 and 2021, it is known that in 2020 the percentage of economic value is 87.62% or obtains economic value. While in 2021 the percentage of economic value is 88.74% with the value obtained is economic. Then from the results of the analysis of the level of efficiency values carried out in 2020 and 2021, it is known that in 2020 the percentage of efficiency values is 113.07% or gets an efficiency value. While in 2021 the percentage of efficiency value is 116.39% with the value obtained is efficiency. And from the results of the analysis of the effectiveness level carried out in 2020 and 2021, it is known that in 2020 the percentage of efficiency value is 79.90% or gets an ineffective value. While in 2021 the percentage of efficiency value is 80.30% with the value obtained is not effective.
