Abstract

Tugas Akhir ini mengkaji tentang Pembuatan Purple Potato Cake oleh Cook pada Pastry Section di Sanctoo Suites and Villas. Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini yaitu untuk mengetahui prosedur pembuatan, penyajian serta kendala-kendala dalam Pembuatan Purple Potato Cake oleh Cook pada Pastry Section di Sanctoo Suites and Villas. Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data seperti: metode observasi, metode wawancara, metode kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah dalam Pembuatan Purple Potato Cake oleh Cook pada Pastry Section di Sanctoo Suites and Villas terdapat tiga tahap, yaitu: Tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap penutup.
