Abstract
Tugas Akhir ini mengkaji tentang Pembuatan cookies dengan campuran tepung sogrum oleh cook di grand hyatt bali dari Tugas Akhir ini yaitu untuk mengetahui mengetahui pembuatan cookies dengan campuran tepung sogrum Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data seperti metode observasi, metode wawancara, Studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi Kesimpulan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah dalam Pembutan cookies dengan campuran tepung sogrum oleh cook di Grand Hyatt Bali terdapat tiga tahapan yaitu: tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap akhir atau penutup.
