Abstract
Marketing is a crucial aspect of business. According to Wibowo et al. (2020), technological advancements in Indonesia's 4.0 revolution era have made technologies such as the internet and social media highly influential in business marketing. The study “Development of a Spherical Video-Based Virtual Reality (SVVR) Digital Marketing Model at UC Silver Gold " aims to implement 360-degree virtual video content as a marketing medium at UC Silver. This video offers viewers a first-person perspective within a panoramic video, creating a real-world impression. UC Silver Gold was chosen as the research subject because it is an international business encompassing jewellery exhibitions, a modern museum, a restaurant, and a jewellery manufacturing industry. The implementation of SVVR was prompted by the inactivity of UC Silver Gold's YouTube account for three years, low website visit activity, and a lack of video marketing content. This virtual video aims to create a new marketing approach by giving viewers a new perspective. The study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model (Analyze et al.). Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and data triangulation. The research resulted in a Spherical Video documented in written form.
