Abstract

Competition in the business world encourages companies to maximize financial aspects, one of which is capital structure. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of growth opportunity, asset structure, liquidity, and profitability either partially or simultaneously on the capital structure of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 South Bali for the period 2014-2021. The research data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression method which previously tested the classical assumption. The results showed that the growth opportunity, asset structure, liquidity, and profitability simultaneously had a significant effect on the capital structure of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 South Bali for the period 2014-2021. While partially the growth opportunity has no significant effect on the capital structure, asset structure, liquidity, and profitability have a significant positive effect on the capital structure of PT.
