Abstract
This study discusses the Application of Green Practice in Efforts to Increase Staff Awareness for the Environment in Food and Beverage Products at Hard Rock Hotel Bali. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of green practice in food and beverage products in an effort to increase awareness of the environment at Hard Rock Hotel Bali and to analyze the use of green practice in food and beverage products in an effort to increase awareness of the environment at Hard Rock Hotel Bali. The method used in collecting data is in the form of observation techniques, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive, information obtained from four informants, namely the Executive Chef Hard Rock hotel Bali, Kitchen Secretary Hard Rock hotel Bali, and two Sous Chefs. The implementation of green practices has been carried out well and has increased employee awareness of the environment in Food and Beverage Products at Hard Rock Hotel Bali.
