Abstract

Uneven workload and unachieved job satisfaction can cause employees to lose interest and enthusiasm at work, as a result the desire to resign can increase which causes the loss of valuable human resources for the organization. In addition, employees who are dissatisfied with their jobs are not motivated to do a good job which can affect the company's overall performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Workload (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) on Employee Turnover intention (Y) at PT Angkasa Pura Logistik Bali Branch Office. This study uses primary data obtained from respondents' answers to the questionnaire used in the study. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis. The population in this study were employees of the Logistics Division, totaling 38 people using a saturated sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that workload (X1) has a significant and positive effect on Turnover intention (Y). These results are obtained from a significance value of t of 0.005 where 0.005 <0.05 and the beta coefficient value of 0.365 is positive. The results of the study also show that Job Satisfaction (X2) has a significant and negative effect on Turnover intention (Y). These results are obtained from a significance value of t of 0.000 where 0.000 <0.05 and the beta coefficient value of 0.545 is negative. Keywords: Workload, Job Satisfaction, Turnover intention
