Abstract
This final project aims to determine the methods used in the Dinner Set Menu Luxury Escape Service by waiters at Dava Steak & Seafood Restaurant Ayana Bali and identify the obstacles encountered by waiters when serving the dinner set menu luxury escape. Three data collection methods were used in this final project, namely interviews, observation, and literature review. In terms of data analysis techniques, the author used qualitative descriptive analysis, which involves describing or illustrating the data obtained during fieldwork at AYANA Bali, specifically regarding the Dinner Set Menu Luxury Escape Service by waiters at Dava Steak & Seafood Restaurant. The method and technique used for presenting the analysis results are formal, which involves presenting data through tables and photos, and informal, which involves presenting data using common language.
