Abstract
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of training programs in improving employee work motivation at Jimbaran Bay Beach Resort & Spa. This research uses a qualitative method with interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The training effectiveness is evaluated using the Kirkpatrick model, which includes reaction, learning, behavior, and results. Work motivation is analyzed through indicators of responsibility, discipline, work enthusiasm, and commitment. The results show that the training program is effective, indicated by positive employee reactions, improved knowledge and skills, behavioral changes, and positive impacts on service quality. In addition, training improves employee motivation. Overall, training plays an important role in employee development and supports the achievement of company goals.
