Abstract
This research aims to explore the use of Trello application in supporting engineering maintenance administration at Hotel XYZ. The main problem identified is the inefficiency and lack of coordination in task management, which was previously handled manually. Such a system often resulted in delays, duplication of work, and miscommunication among team members, ultimately reducing productivity. To address this issue, Trello was introduced as a digital project management tool that offers real-time collaboration and task tracking. This study uses a qualitative approach through observation and in-depth interviews with three respondents. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was applied as the analytical framework, covering five key components: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention to Use, and Actual System Usage. The findings indicate that Trello contributes significantly to improving task completion speed, enhancing performance, and strengthening coordination across the team. Users found Trello easy to learn and use without formal training due to its intuitive interface and integrated features. Furthermore, its implementation increased work motivation and created a more structured and transparent workflow system. The conclusion of this study states that Trello is an effective digital solution to support maintenance administration in hotels. Its implementation not only streamlines task management but also fosters collaboration, efficiency, and systematic documentation, which are essential for sustainable operational performance.
