Abstract

This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of Emotional Intelligence and Communication Skills on the Performance of Trainees at Hyatt Regency Bali and Andaz Bali. The population of this study consists of 77 individuals, all of whom are trainees at Hyatt Regency Bali and Andaz Bali. The sample used includes the entire population (a saturated sample), totaling 77 respondents. Data was collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that both Emotional Intelligence and Communication Skills have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of trainees at Hyatt Regency Bali and Andaz Bali.
