Abstract

This research focuses on designing a web-based cashier system to optimize transaction processes at Jimmy Juice, a micro-enterprise in Jimbaran, Bali. Despite business growth, the company still uses manual sales recording, which causes frequent errors, slow reporting, and inefficient operations. By applying the Research and Development (R&D) method, the study developed an interactive prototype using Figma. Data were collected through observation and interviews with the owner and staff to identify user needs and workflow challenges. The system design emphasizes usability, featuring real-time transaction input, QRIS integration, and a simplified interface to support efficient daily operations. The final prototype offers a structured solution tailored to MSMEs, enabling easier sales tracking, faster decision-making, and improved accuracy. This research contributes to the digital transformation of small businesses and serves as a reference for future system development in similar contexts.
