Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and job stress on employee job satisfaction, with a case study at Kopi Veteran Bali. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of imbalance between personal life and work that often occurs among employees in the food and beverage (F&B) industry, as well as high work pressure that can impact job satisfaction. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 33 respondents who are employees at Kopi Veteran Bali. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to examine the partial and simultaneous effects between variables. The results of the study indicate that: (1) work-life balance has a positive and significant partial effect on job satisfaction; (2) job stres has a negative and significant partial effect on job satisfaction; and (3) work-life balance and job stres simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of organizational attention to work-life balance and stres management in creating a healthy and productive work environment.
