Abstract
Abstrack: The advancement of digital technology has encouraged businesses to use online platforms for promotion and services. This study aims to design and implement an e-commerce website for Boyking Travel’s transportation and tourism services using the WordPress platform. The website was developed to support digital promotion and help customers easily access information and make bookings. This research uses the Waterfall method consisting of five stages: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment. The website was built with WordPress CMS featuring a tour package catalog, booking form, contact information, and responsive design. Testing involved Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and compatibility testing. After confirming the website was bug-free, it was handed over to the owner, followed by training and link distribution for promotion. The results show that the developed website functions well, is easy to use, responsive across devices, and effectively supports digital promotion. The website is expected to enhance the competitiveness and market reach of Boyking Travel in the digital era.
