Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price, and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions at Warunk Cuci Mata Restaurant, Hotel Grand Istana Rama Kuta. The research employed a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 82 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results indicate that service quality, price, and promotion have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of managing marketing strategies and maintaining service quality to enhance consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions.
