The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. Data was obtained through direct observation, interviews with restaurant management, questionnaires with informants and documentation of operational activities related to environmentally friendly practices. The results show that Pacifica Restaurant has implemented various green practice strategies such as reducing the use of single-use plastics, restaurant waste management, using local foodstuffs, and energy and water efficiency. This implementation not only improves the restaurant's image as a responsible business actor, but also contributes positively to creating sustainable tourism through consumer education and support for the local economy. This study recommends increased collaboration between restaurant business actors and tourism stakeholders to strengthen sustainability impacts in the sector.
