Abstract

This study analyzes how the implementation of the E-Reservation system with Lightspeed System contributes to improving the work effectiveness of reservation staff at The Laguna, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa Bali. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method through observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation involving the Reservation Manager, Revenue Analyst, and reservation staff. The findings reveal that the E-Reservation and Lightspeed System streamline the reservation process, reduce errors, facilitate interdepartmental integration, accelerate check-in/check-out, and support the Green Hotel concept. Moreover, staff effectiveness is reflected in their ability to adapt to new technology, improved productivity and accuracy, as well as higher job satisfaction. These results affirm that adopting reservation technology not only enhances staff performance and upholds international service standards but also serves as a reference for other hotels to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
