Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic nation with a wealth of natural beauty and unique attractions. The diversity of ethnicities, cultures, and traditions makes Indonesia a popular holiday destination. One of Indonesia's world-renowned tourist destinations is Bali. Bali boasts traditions and culture that have been passed down through generations and are still held dear by the local community today. In line with the large number of tourists visiting Bali, accommodations are needed to ensure a comfortable stay, with the establishment of supporting accommodations such as hotels, villas, and other accommodations. Tourism is a series of activities and travels undertaken by individuals, groups, or families to a place temporarily with the goal of seeking tranquility, peace, balance, harmony, and spiritual happiness. Hotels are one of several accommodations available to support the activities of visiting tourists. Hotels are managed to generate profits from visiting tourists. Hotels are one of the businesses with significant revenue for a region. Hotels provide accommodations, including lodging, food and beverage services, and other supporting services. A restaurant is a place that serves food and drinks, complete with various comfortable amenities so that guests feel at home while enjoying their meals. Many restaurants offer signature dishes such as seafood, chicken dishes, Japanese, Korean, and even fast food. Ocean Hills is one of the signature cocktails at the Sanctoo Suites & Villas Bar and Restaurant. This cocktail is made with dry gin, blue curaçao, orange liqueur, cucumber, basil leaf, and soda water. Ice cubes are added and shaken. This cocktail has a variety of flavors, including cucumber and basil leaf.
