Abstract
This research investigates the influence of green practice implementation on guest satisfaction and revisit intention at Hotel Komune and Beach Club Bali. A quantitative approach was applied using Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to analyze the relationships among green practices, guest satisfaction, and revisit intention. To strengthen and contextualize the quantitative findings, a qualitative component was incorporated through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with hotel management, providing in-depth insights into the practical execution and managerial perceptions of green practices. The results demonstrate that green practices exert a positive and statistically significant impact on both guest satisfaction and revisit intention. Furthermore, guest satisfaction significantly predicts revisit intention and mediates the relationship between green practices and revisit intention. The sub-constructs green action, green food, and green donation were found to be well implemented, though areas such as the availability of waste bins and the adoption of environmentally friendly food products require further enhancement. Satisfied guests are more inclined to return and to recommend the hotel to others, indicating that sustainability efforts directly contribute to customer loyalty. This study underscores the dual value of green practice implementation: advancing environmental sustainability while simultaneously serving as a strategic lever for improving guest satisfaction and fostering repeat visitation. The findings hold practical implications for hospitality managers seeking to integrate sustainability initiatives into business operations as a means of achieving competitive advantage and long-term customer engagement.
