Abstract

This study analyzes the capacity and cost of reinforced concrete structural elements in the construction of Villa Serenity, located in Lodtunduh Village, Ubud, Gianyar, based on the floor plan, cross-sections, and existing concrete quality, as well as the planned reinforcement steel quality and area. The stalled condition of the project necessitates technical and economic evaluations to determine the feasibility of continuing construction. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method with a case study approach. Primary data were obtained through site surveys, measurements of structural dimensions, and concrete compressive strength testing using the Schmidt Hammer Test. Secondary data came from planning documents, technical specifications, and unit price lists. Structural analysis was conducted using SAP 2000 v.22, referring to SNI 2847:2019, SNI 1726:2019, SNI 1727:2020, and PPIUG 1987. Calculations included dead loads, live loads, and earthquake loads, followed by structural performance checks, reinforcement requirements, and preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BoQ). The results showed that some structural elements still met the planned capacity, while others required repair or design adjustments. Cost estimation was based on work volumes and the official unit prices of Gianyar Regency, covering concrete and reinforcement steel. This study provides technical and economic references for the safe, efficient, and standards-compliant continuation of the construction.
