Abstract
Marketing in the travel industry is a key element in a company's efforts to attract attention, influence, and retain customers in a highly competitive market. In the rapidly growing digital era, travel marketing has undergone a significant transformation by utilising new technology and data analysis to create more effective strategies. This abstract investigates various aspects of marketing in the travel business, including product and destination marketing, digital marketing strategies, data analysis, online reputation management, and the creation of an alluring customer experience. Travel marketing not only focusses on the promotion of products and services, but also on building strong relationships with customers and managing brand reputation online. Through a holistic and adaptive approach, marketing in the travel business plays a key role in ensuring the company's success in the midst of changing market dynamics.
