Abstract
Digital transformation has encouraged culinary businesses to optimize their marketing strategies, particularly through Media Sosial such as Instagram. Bendesa Cafe Jimbaran, a seafood restaurant strategically located in the tourist area of Bali, faces challenges in maximizing the potential of Media Sosial to attract new customers and maintain engagement. This study aims to develop an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Content Marketing Planner integrated with Google Spreadsheet as a tool to systematically, efficiently, and data-driven plan content. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to design, build, and evaluate the planner. The research began with an analysis of the business needs and existing digital marketing conditions of Bendesa Cafe Jimbaran, followed by the design of the planner, which includes AI-based features such as golden hours analysis, caption recommendations, and automatic hashtags. The product was developed using Google Spreadsheet to ensure ease of access, collaboration, and user-friendliness. Validation was conducted by subject matter and media experts, and testing was carried out involving restaurant visitors and staff. The evaluation results showed that the developed planner was effective in improving content publication consistency, engagement, and supporting more targeted Instagram Ads strategies. With these results, the AI-based Content Marketing Planner not only addresses the limitations of human resources in SME digital marketing but also makes a tangible contribution to strengthening brand presence and audience engagement digitally. This research is expected to serve as a practical reference for other SMEs in applying AI technology effectively in the field of digital marketing.
