Abstract
This study aims to analyze the production strategy of Instagram Reels videos implemented by Wsolutions Bali to enhance brand awareness among potential customers. The rapid development of social media, particularly Instagram, has positioned it as a vital marketing platform. While Reels have proven effective in boosting reach and engagement, Wsolutions Bali encounters challenges such as unpredictable algorithm changes, balancing content for both local and international audiences, and ensuring consistent interaction growth. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews with the creative and social media teams, direct observation of the production process, and company documentation. Narrative analysis was applied to capture insights from the team’s experiences and perspectives. The findings are expected to identify the key elements of effective video production strategies and evaluate their contribution to brand awareness and audience engagement. This study contributes theoretically by deepening understanding of digital content strategies in the context of creative industries, and practically by providing recommendations for businesses to optimize Instagram Reels as a competitive tool in digital marketing.
